BUILDINGS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM |
The main goal of the project is to create multi functional system of buildings management with the usage of intuitive three-dimensional interface and Internet/Intranet technologies to exploit.
The system is not a CAD. This is the system for building exploitation.
The system is a set of java-based applications under three-tier architecture client -server- database server. The advantage of the system is the serving of all objects data in database but not in graphical files. That way you can administer the data and access rights by common tools and use the favorite database of your own.
The usage of three-dimensional interface under DirectX (and OpenGL in the next version) lets to apprehend the information in intuitive, natural appearance.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT |
First of all managers want to know - What? Where? How many (or much)? The regime gives you the possibilities to click on "something" in room (floor, building) and get full information about it (with relations) and vice versa.

The second manager's question is about subdivisions or personal budgets. What are the costs of selected group of people taking into consideration all their computers, furniture, cost of places, etc.? You will be able to know.

There are no buildings without service lines. Service lines are everywhere - computers, phones, electricity, etc. Usage of the regime gives you the opportunity to avoid mistakes in exploitation. The enlargement of functionality is the next step of the system evolution.

HOW DOES IT WORK? |
Simple and logically does. Under environment of the system you can manage the objects in groups by hierarchical organization. Your work is to create, to organize, to place and to maintain the objects.
